He got a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Milan.
He worked with the University of Brescia and the University of Milan at the faculties of Economics and Law as an honorary fellow in Civil Law, Information Technology Law and Labour Law.
He specialises in Labour and Social Security Law as well as Trade Union Law, providing litigation and non-litigation assistance, also concerning trade union relationships.
He is member of the Italian Labour Law Lawyers Association (AGI).

She got a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Milan-Bicocca, and presented a thesis on Bankruptcy Law entitled “Alert Procedures as a Tool for Preventing Business Distress. Connecting National Law with the European Community System and Comparison with the French Model”, which was worthy of mention by the Osservatorio sulle crisi di impresa (OCI), an important Italian association of judges responsible for judicial management of corporate distress, and was published on the OCI’s website.
